After another successful year of National Esports Championships and Cups, Motorsport Australia is now calling for Expressions of Interest for next year’s set of competitions.
With 2025 fast approaching, candidates interested in acting as an official and exclusive promoter of Motorsport Australia in the organisation and promotion of a National Esports Esports Championship or Cup are encouraged to submit an Expression of Interest by using the form below.
Registrations close 5:00pm AEDT on Sunday, 8 December 2024.

The Expression of Interest (EOI) process is designed to identify qualified and experienced organisations interested in serving as the official and exclusive agent of Motorsport Australia to manage and promote the 2025 National Esports Championships and Cups.

Organisations/Promoters with a background in Esports event management, motorsport, or related areas are encouraged to apply.
Applicants should have a proven track record in event organisation, promotion, and operations.

All EOIs must be submitted by 5:00 PM AEDT on Sunday, 8 December 2024.
Late submissions will not be considered.

The 2024 National Esports Championships and Cups featured six popular motorsport categories: Touring Cars, S5000, Formula 4, Formula Vee, Toyota 86 and GT3.
Promoters for 2025 are encouraged to build on these competitions to deliver engaging and exciting seasons.

The chosen promoter will be responsible for:
Managing the operational aspects of the Esports Championships and Cups.
Developing and executing a robust marketing and promotional plan.
Ensuring a smooth, competitive, and fair experience for participants and viewers.
Aligning the events with Motorsport Australia’s values and goals.

Motorsport Australia will provide the official branding, licencing, and guidelines for the competitions.
Additionally, Motorsport Australia will offer support in promoting the Esports Championships and Cups across its media platforms and assist in other logistical areas as needed.

Yes, the selected organisation will act as the official and exclusive promoter of Motorsport Australia in the organisation and promotion of a National Esports Championship and/or Cup.

Proposed event and promotional strategies.
Alignment with Motorsport Australia’s mission and values.

Yes, applicants should demonstrate experience with high-quality streaming and competitive gameplay platforms. Proposals should include technical plans for ensuring smooth online operations, including server requirements, broadcasting quality, and spectator features.

While there are no fixed requirements, Motorsport Australia values innovative engagement strategies that drive viewership, participation, and fan interaction. Proposals should ideally include projected engagement targets and suggested methods for measuring success.

Yes, Motorsport Australia can assist the chosen promter with establishing sponsorship deals. Any sponsorship proposals should align with Motorsport Australia’s brand values and be presented for approval.

The selected promoter will be responsible for all operational costs related to event management, marketing, and technical infrastructure.
Motorsport Australia will contribute $1000 per Championship to cover the costs of running the event.

For example, Motorsport Australia has an existing relationship with NASCAR on iRacing for 2025. Motorsport Australia will be collaborating with official e-NASCAR to deliver a unique championship for our Esport licence holders.
We are happy to accept and consider EOIs for other unique competition categories.

Event promoters who want to renew their agreements with Motorsport Australia after 2025, will be encouraged to submit an EOI for the 2026 season.

The chosen promoter will be expected to submit periodic reports on audience engagement, technical performance, and other key metrics, as agreed upon at the start of the partnership.
This data will help Motorsport Australia track and enhance the program’s impact.

Yes, the selected promoter will enter a formal agreement with Motorsport Australia, detailing responsibilities, branding and intellectual property use, sponsorship guidelines, and performance expectations.
